New photos show Naya Rivera’s ex-husband wading through the lake where she went missing last week — as one of her former “Glee” co-stars pleaded to join the hunt on Sunday.

Ex Ryan Dorsey appeared emotional as he entered the water fullyclothed Saturday during the search at Lake Piru, which is about 56 miles northwest of downtown Los Angeles.

Dorsey and Rivera’s dad, George, could be seen embracing before getting into the water with other family members to pay tribute to the missing star.

The 33-year-old Rivera was reported missing Wednesday after her 4-year-old son with Dorsey, Josey, was discovered alone on their rented pontoon boat.

Authorities said last week she is presumed to have drowned.

Divers, helicopters, drone aircraft and cadaver dogs have since been trying to locate her body, but officials said visibility in the lake has been poor.

On Sunday, Rivera’s former “Glee” co-star Heather Morris tweeted at local law enforcement saying she and a “small group of friends” want to conduct an on-foot search to find the actress.

“I understand your team is doing EVERYTHING in their power, but we are feeling helpless, powerless and want to help in any way,” Morris wrote to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office on Twitter.

“I have left a message with the department of Rescue and Air today, and I will call again tomorrow. Thank you,” continued Morris, who played Rivera’s best friend and love interest on the popular Fox TV show.

But authorities warned amateur sleuths to leave it to the professionals.

“Our teams are well equipped and highly trained,” the sheriff’s department tweeted Sunday, noting that the lake was closed, the terrain around the body of water was “very steep and rugged,” and the temperature was very hot.

“We don’t want to have to rescue you.”

The sheriff’s office also noted that it was searching cabins near the lake.

“In today’s search for Naya Rivera, cabins and outbuildings in the surrounding area will be checked once again, as well as the shoreline,” the department tweeted. “This has been part of the ongoing search effort since her disappearance on Wednesday afternoon.”

A law-enforcement source told TMZ that the cabins are being searched to put to rest any conspiracies that Rivera may have survived the boating-trip incident.

The sheriff’s office has repeatedly said the search is a recovery mission and the actress is presumed dead.

“The goal is still to bring Ms. Rivera home to her family so they can have some closure,” Deputy Chris Dyer told reporters Thursday.
