We’re toast.

Temps could hit 100 in the Big Apple on Monday, but it will feel as hot as 110 degrees — after a nearly triple-digit scorcher Sunday sent many people to local beaches only to find that they were closed to incoming visitors nearly as soon as they opened.

“The one thing about [Saturday] was while it was hot, the humidity wasn’t bad. That’s changing,” AccuWeather senior meteorologist Tom Kines told The Post on Sunday as temps soared to 95, with the real-feel high at 105 degrees.

“There’s sweaty-back alerts out all over the place,” he said.

Some Long Island beaches were shut off to new visitors within a half-hour of opening Sunday because the hot spots had already reached capacity under social-distancing guidelines in place due to the coronavirus.

Workers at Robert Moses State Park, with five miles of beaches, had to divert people by 8:30 a.m., as did those at a section of Jones Beach, at Field 6, the state Parks Department said. Jones hit full capacity by 11:30 a.m.

Visitors to a particularly popular stretch of Orchard Beach in The Bronx also were temporarily turned away because of the crowds, the city Parks Department said.

People seeking relief at several Long Island lakes and other beaches overseen by the state, including Orient and Fair Haven, had to be turned back by around noon.

Local town beaches from Nickerson to Lido to Point Lookout on Long Island closed, too, because they were at capacity.

The National Weather Service has issued a heat-wave advisory for the five boroughs through 8 p.m. Monday.

The hot spell is more or less standard for this time of year, Kines noted.

“While it’s going to be hot [and] miserable the next few days, it has been worse,” he said, adding that the record is in the low 100s.

Mother Nature will provide some relief from the humidity on Tuesday, although it will still be hot, with a high of 93 degrees.

But the sticky weather will quickly return, with humid temps reaching up to 89 degrees Wednesday and creeping back to 93 degrees on Thursday.

“It might not be as hot, but it’s not going to feel great out there,” said Kines of the expected midweek weather.

Still, he said, drier conditions are on the horizon by week’s end, with temperatures expected in the low to mid-80s, adding:

“If we keep our fingers crossed, there could be relief Friday into the weekend.”
