Not even a visitor’s pass! Medical staff members at a hospital in the Philippines found themselves dealing with an unauthorized visitor: a large lizard.

Staff and a security guard armed with a broom steered the slithery character out of the hospital on Cebu Island. The Philippines is home to several varieties of monitor lizards.
