Cellphone footage of the incident in London’s Hyde Park shows the bird lover kneeling on the ground as he feeds the herons from two cans of sardines.

And speaking of birds in England . . .

A penguin that escaped from its farm enclosure was busted by police.

Police said in a Facebook post that the “friendly” bird had fled the farm on Sunday and was spotted by officers in Strelly as it was “plodding up a village street.”

Police nicknamed the penguin Po-Po and grilled it “on what he was doing walking down the middle of a road.”

The animal was safely returned.

It’s raining cats.

A man going for a stroll with his golden retriever in China was knocked out cold — by a falling feline.

In the CCTV footage from Aug. 14, the elderly man, identified only as Gao, walks with the pup in Harbin, Heilongjiang.

Jocelyn Horne said the pooch managed to get inside a pot on the side of Horne’s bed where she stashed extra money — some of which the pup later threw up.
