Police on Sunday released surveillance video of the gunman who killed a mother of three in The Bronx — one of at least four people gunned down over two bloody days as Gotham’s spate of deadly gun violence continues unabated.

Priscilla Vazquez, 25, was shot in the head over a weekend that saw a total of 28 people shot in 22 separate incidents between Saturday and noon Sunday, according to data released by the NYPD.

The surveillance footage captured the triggerman, seen wearing dark pants and a black hoodie, firing off several rounds as he walks along East 152nd Street in Melrose shortly before 5:20 a.m. Saturday.

Vazquez, one of several people there, was struck once in the head and pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.

“She was the strongest woman,” her sister, Angela, told The Post. “She didn’t need any help from anyone to take care of her kids. She did it on her own.”

Angela said Vazquez leaves behind three children, a 3-year-old daughter and two boys, ages 7 and 8.

Police said the surveillance video, from a nearby Courtlandt Avenue building, captured three people getting out of a dark-colored Chevy Traverse with Pennsylvania license plates. One of the men then walks towards the group and opens fire.

Witnesses told cops that they heard approximately six shots.

A second video released by police shows the Chevy Traverse driving away from the scene. Police said the SUV struck “an object” while fleeing, which caused damage to the rear and right rear passenger side of the vehicle.

Friends and relatives set up a memorial for Vazquez at the scene on Sunday, where mourners streamed in throughout the day.

“They just don’t care out here,” a friend of the slain woman said. “Killing a mother with kids. No human kindness, no humanity.”

A family friend told The Post Vazquez was the only woman in the group when the shots rang out.

“She ran and he still gunned her down,” the friend said. “She got caught up in the streets. The streets killed her.

“How’s this happen?” the friend continued. “Her uncle and aunt don’t know what to tell the kids. They’re torn up.”

But Vazquez wasn’t the weekend’s only gunshot victim. Two people were shot dead in the first 12 hours of Sunday, including 27-year-old Kadeem Street, who was caught in a hail of bullets on Coney Island in what police said may have been a “retaliation” shooting for one perpetrated just hours prior.

Street was shot five times, hit in the groin, lower back, buttocks, and twice in the stomach — while three other men with him were hit a total of 15 times, according to police sources.

The murder “may have been retaliation” for the earlier killing of Fabian Abney, 20, who was gunned down 12 hours prior and just two blocks from the scene of Street’s death.

The three survivors of the later shooting were “highly uncooperative,” police said.

Also killed by gun violence Sunday was a 34-year-old man whose body was found “unconscious and unresponsive” on 112th Avenue in Queens Village just after 7 a.m.

Police said the unidentified man, who was shot in the shoulder, was taken to Franklin Hospital Center, where he was pronounced dead.
