A weirdo was captured on camera stealing cat blood from a veterinary clinic in Florida, according to police.

The man was allegedly caught snatching four vials of the feline fluid from the Anastasia Cat Clinic in St. Augustine on Sept. 17, according to the St. Johns County Sheriff ’s office, which released the surveillan­ce footage.

“Cat vampire?” one observer tweeted.

So much for “protection.” A factory in Vietnam was busted for washing and reselling more than 320,000 used condoms, according to police who raided the operation.
