A weirdo was captured on camera stealing cat blood from a veterinary clinic in Florida, according to police.

The man was allegedly caught snatching four vials of the feline fluid from the Anastasia Cat Clinic in St. Augustine on Sept. 17, according to the St. Johns County Sheriff ’s office, which released the surveillance footage.
