Weird BUT true

These pills lift more than your spirits.

A pharmaceutical firm recalled a depression medication after it was accidentally packaged with erectile-dysfunction pills in a total screw-up.

Tennessee-based AvKARE said 100-milligram tablets of the antidepressant trazodone were accidentally mixed with generic Viagra while being bottled by a “third party.”

Bright lights, pig city. A hog escaped from his enclosure and led animal-care officers on a wild chase through Philadelphia, according to a report.

The plucky porker was spotted hoofing it with a rope around his gut, prompting a call to the city’s Animal Care & Control Team, which sprang to the rescue.

The pig, since been named Ramen, was plucked from the mean streets and taken to a shelter.

Leapin’ lizards — they’re rich!

A Virginia couple won the lottery thanks to their hungry pet lizard, George.

Charlene Goad of Bassett said she and her husband were trying to find a shop that sold worms for the ravenous reptile when they struck out.

Instead, they used the cash to buy four scratch-off lottery tickets. They won the top prize of $200,000.

It’s a matter of grave concern.

Thieves dug up human remains at a Florida cemetery and likely used them in a “ritualistic activity,” police say.

The creepy crooks dug up bodies in four graves at Edgewood Cemetery in Mount Dora, stunning visitors the next morning. Police were investigating.

Just a hare sorry. An apologetic crook swiped a taxidermied rabbit that served as the mascot of an Indiana restaurant — only to return it a few days later.

The thief was caught on camera snatching “Theodore A. Hare” — who sports a hat and holds a shotgun — from the 1933 Lounge in Fishers last Friday night.
