Intruder helps self

An apparently homeless man was discovered making himself comfortable in Johnny Depp’s Los Angeles mansion, downing the actor’s booze and taking a shower, a report said.

Police were called to the 57-year-old “Pirates of the Caribbean” star’s Hollywood Hills home on Thursday by a neighbor who first saw the vagrant hanging out by the neighbor’s pool, law-enforcement sources told TMZ.

The resident told officers that the man then hopped the fence, making his way toward Depp’s property, the outlet reported.

Police were soon called again by Depp’s security team, which alerted them that there was an intruder in the home.

The uninvited guest, who was not identified, was taking a shower in a bathroom when cops arrived, according to TMZ.

He refused to come out, so officers had to kick down the door.

The intruder had also made himself a drink from the hard-partying actor’s stash, the outlet reported.

He was booked for felony vandalism because of the damaged door, TMZ said.

There was no suggestion that Depp was ever at risk.

The invasion comes two months after TMZ reported that a woman was arrested after breaking into the same property.

She also was reported as possibly homeless.

The woman didn’t make off with any of the actor’s belongings, possibly because she ran off after tripping the property’s alarm system, sources told TMZ at the time. She was later caught near the property.

Depp’s troubles at home are far from his only woes.

He lost a sensational and highly public London court battle in November over an article in Britain’s Sun newspaper that called him a “wife-beater” after actress ex-wife Amber Heard accused him of repeatedly assaulting her.

His lawyers are now trying to appeal the ruling.

Depp also has a separate $50 million defamation lawsuit pending against Heard, 34, in Virginia. That case’s start date was pushed back in February 2022.
