A wayward cow caused a major traffic jam after it fell out of a livestock trailer and began running on a Georgia highway on Saturday.

The loose animal was captured after an almost twohour escapade on I-285 in Dunwoody, with help of a bystander who had a rope, according to the city’s police department.

“Chasing people is a norm for officers. However, chasing cows on the interstate . . . not so much,” the department said on Facebook.

They sure could stand the heat.

A team of Russian doctors completed an open-heart surgery — as flames consumed their hospital.

The eight doctors and nurses stayed to finish the procedure after a fire broke out on the roof of the clinic in the Far East city of Blagoveshc­hensk on Friday.

Firefighte­rs said they used fans to keep smoke out of the operating room and ran in a power cable to keep it supplied with electricit­y.
