- Gimme Shelter JENNIFER GOULD Neal

JONATHAN Cheban (right), the Kim Kardashian bestie and ex-publicist turned entrepreneur who legally changed his name to Foodgod, has sold his NoMad digs at Sky House for around $2.5 million, Gimme can reveal. The two-bedroom, 2½-bath home, at 11 E. 29th St., was asking $2.59 million. He bought the 1,612-square-foot condo for $1.56 million in 2009, according to property records. Cheban, we hear, has relocated to Florida. While he searches for his Miami dream home, he is renting in Bal Harbour, sources say. Born in Moldova when it was part of the Soviet Union, Cheban, 47, grew up in Fort Lee, NJ, and has come a long way from his teenage days as a fast food delivery guy for Blimpie. Cheban — who now claims 7.1 million followers of his own on TikTok and 3.6 million on Instagram — is basking in his mogul moment, despite haters who credit Kardashian as the sole reason he was catapulted into fame. “I helped Kim along the way — big time — but I created my own identity,” he told The Post earlier this year. “… Thank God reality TV happened. Oh my God, it gave me a chance.” (Reps for Kardashian did not respond to The Post’s request for comment.) He is known as a mega-influencer who documents excess in food, like devouring gold-dusted chicken wings from the fancy Ainsworth restaurant. Cheban’s former residence, which was designer renovated, is on the building’s 11th floor. It features wide-plank walnut floors, 14-foot floor-to-ceiling windows, Venetian plaster, high-gloss painted walls and mood lighting. There’s also surround sound and an open chef ’s kitchen with a built-in TV. The listing broker is Klotsman, of Douglas Elliman.
