A Cambodian woman says she married a cow she believes may be the reincarnat­ion of her dead husband.

New Mexico State University is accepting peanut butter as payment on tickets given for parking without a permit.

Violators have to fork over at least 80 ounces, about five jars worth, which is then donated to a local food pantry.

The pay-by-PB offer can be used only one time and subsequent fines must be paid in cash. The university also hasn’t spread the payment option to other tickets or violations.
