Insta followers fear for alleged love child
A teenager rumored to be Russian President Vladimir Putin’s secret love child has abruptly stopped posting on social media, sparking concerns from her followers that she has been gagged.
Luiza Krivonogikh, 18, hasn’t posted anything on her Instagram account, which has amassed an 82,600person following, for more than two months.
Her frequent posts stopped suddenly after the teen and her mother, Svetlana Krivonogikh, 46, started boasting on Instagram about their $4.1 million Monte Carlo penthouse apartment, The Sun reported.
The home they posted photos of and gushed about on Instagram was detailed in a trove of leaked “Pandora Papers” documents in October.
Svetlana, who has long been rumored to have been Putin’s mistress in the late 1990s and early 2000s, moved into the penthouse shortly after her daughter was born, according to the papers.
The leaked documents also revealed Svetlana, who used to work as a cleaner and grew up in a communal apartment, now had an estimated $100 million in “shadow wealth.”
Luiza’s abrupt absence from Instagram after posting about the penthouse sparked concern about her well-being.
“What happened? Pa forbade the details of the luxury life to be published?” one of her followers commented.
Another wrote: “You completely abandoned Instagram for some reason . . . Please come back Luiza.”
Putin and Svetlana have never commented on their alleged relationship or Luiza’s paternity.
Luiza was outed by Russian media as Putin’s alleged daughter last year.
The teen admitted in an interview at the time that she was loving her new “limelight,” but refused to answer any questions about her alleged relation to Putin.
