Amazon chief, 57, buff on gal-pal getaway
Jeff Bezos is in Prime shape. The Amazon founder frolicked off St. Barts with sexy gal pal Lauren Sanchez over Christmas weekend — and the 57-year-old tech titan never looked so taut. Bezos’s buff body was on display as he strutted around shirtless and in black swim trunks, while Sanchez, 52, left little to the imagination in a black thong bikini.
The muscular mogul has undergone a physical transformation in the past two decades, which he has attributed to healthy eating habits and plenty of sleep. His physique can also reportedly be credited to “bio-hacking.’’ “Access to biohacking tools such as stem cells and hormones is allowing men to look, perform and think better,” cosmetic dermatologist Jessie
Cheung told Town & Country. “I’m pretty sure he’s gotten a taste of some good stuff.”
In September, it was reported that Bezos had invested in Altos Labs, a biotech startup dedicated to discovering how to reverse the aging process.
Bezos has said his eating habits weren’t always healthy, including early on in his marriage to MacKenzie Scott.
Pillsbury d’oh boy
“For a couple years, I had been eating for breakfast a whole can of Pillsbury biscuits,’’ Bezos admitted in an interview with younger brother Mark at the Summit 2017 leadership conference in LA. “I had never read a nutrition label in my life. I ate what tasted good to me.”
But his wife soon put a stop to that, ordering him on a healthier diet three months into their marriage, he said. The pair divorced after 25 years in January 2019. Bezos has also said he tries to get eight hours of sleep per night and wakes up early.
Still, he said he never schedules a business meeting before 10 a.m.
