Accused Buffalo mass murderer Payton Gendron had plans to continue his hate-fueled shooting rampage Saturday and find “more black people” to kill, according to cops and the suspect’s alleged manifesto.

A potential next target for the raging racist after hitting up a supermarket, where he killed 10 black victims, was a nearby Walmart, according to the document.

But the 18-year-old accused white supremacist was thwarted when he was taken into custody minutes after he allegedly livestreamed himself opening fire at a Tops Friendly Market on Saturday.

“We have uncovered information that if he escaped the supermarket, he had plans to continue his attack,” Buffalo Police Commissioner Joseph Gramaglia told ABC’s “Good Morning America” on Monday. “It appeared that his plans were to drive out of here and continue driving down Jefferson Avenue looking to shoot more black people as he could and possibly go to another store location.”

Gendron admitted in an online diary that he almost got caught by a security guard at the Tops a few months ago while plotting his attack, The Washington Post said Monday.

The suspect had gone to the supermarket March 8 during an alleged reconnaissance trip ahead of his mass shooting, according to the since-deleted document obtained by The Washington Post.

“I’ve seen you go in and out . . . What are you doing?” the guard quizzed Gendron, according to the outlet.

The teen claimed he was gathering “consensus data” before fleeing in his car, the document said.

Gendron later wrote in the diary, “In hindsight that was a close call.”

Carnage

Gendron was heavily armed and wearing tactical gear when he arrived at Tops on Saturday afternoon. He had driven about 200 miles from his family’s home in Conklin, NY, to carry out the racially motivated attack in the predominantly black neighborhood, police said.

In addition to the 10 people killed, there were three who were wounded. Eleven of the victims were black and two were white.

The teen had previously posted a rambling 180-page white supremacist manifesto online that spewed a racist philosophy and outlined his step-bystep plans for the massacre, lawenforcement sources have said.
