A “super perp” with 103 busts under his belt was arrested yet again Tuesday — this time for stabbing a deliveryman during an attempted robbery on the Lower East Side, cops and police sources said.

Sean Cooper (right), 47, who goes by the nickname “Big Coop,” was charged with robbery, assault and criminal possession of a weapon in the attack on the 36-year-old deliverer, police and sources said.

“It’s insane,” a law-enforcement source told The Post. “He’s single-handedly responsible for Manhattan South’s spike in robbery and burglary,” the source said of Cooper. “He’s a whale — robbery, burglary, petit larceny, grand larceny — he’s all over. We dropped 15 arrests alone this year” on him.

The victim told The Post his attacker pounced without warning — while several bystanders stood by during Tuesday’s 3 a.m. stabbing and did nothing.

“Nobody helped,” said the wounded man, Bharatbhai Patel. “Maybe three people near me? They drink . . . alcohol. And the one lady, the bus, they were right there . . . [I] see the people, but nobody helped. All the time police there. But this time, no police.”

Patel, a married father of a 6-year-old son who lives in Queens, was on Allen Street near Rivington Street when the deranged suspect grabbed his e-bike in a robbery attempt, cops said.

Patel clung to the bike and was stabbed multiple times, with the attacker then fleeing. Patel was treated at Bellevue Hospital for nonlife-threatening injuries, according to police. Cops later arrested Cooper.

Patel said the attacker assaulted him without a word.

Law-enforcement sources said Cooper has three active warrants out against him, including an arrest warrant for robbery and a bench warrant for burglary.

Cooper was ordered held on $10,000 bail at his Tuesday night arraignment, with the judge citing, in part, his open warrants.
