Thomas Micolino, owner of Eiscafé Rino in Rottenburg, created the esoteric delicacy that consists of cricket flour, heavy cream, vanilla extract and honey.
IRAN
Citizens are mourning the death of an Asiatic cheetah cub that became a symbol of hope for antigovernment protesters.
The cub, named “Pirouz” (“Victory”), became a social media star for being the last survivor of three endangered Asiatic cheetah cubs born in captivity last year.
The creature, who died from kidney failure in a Tehran veterinary hospital, was revered by protesters, who could relate to its perseverance amid the country’s violent anti-hijab protests.

A bus driver stopped to give a lost sheep a lift back to its owner.
It was Martine Patey’s first day working for Brighton & Hove Buses when she spotted the woolly creature on the highway.
Other motorists assisted her in capturing the sheep, which was reunited with its farmer owner.
And her run was late by only one minute.
SWEDEN
Archaeologists reportedly discovered a group of well-preserved spices like saffron, peppercorns and ginger from a shipwreck that occurred off the nation’s Baltic coast 500 years ago.
The wreck of the Gribshund, owned by King Hans of Denmark and Norway, has remained off the coast off Ronneby since 1495, when it was believed to have caught fire and sank while the king was visiting Sweden.
THAILAND
A 91-year-old citizen was crowned the world’s oldest TV director.
Chalong Pakdeevijit, referred to as the “King of Action” in Thailand, was recognized by Guinness World Records after completing his most recent miniseries.
Pakdeevijit, born in 1931, started his career as a cameraman in 1950, and directed his first movie in 1968.
He has worked on more than 60 movies and television shows and already started a new project.
