SKYE HAS NO LIMIT IN BOOK PITCH

- By SARA NATHAN

Ione Skye will spill the beans about her wild life and rock ’n’ roll lovers in an upcoming memoir, including her “almost pathological infidelities” while married to the Beastie Boys’ Ad-Rock and dating heroin-addicted Anthony Kiedis when she was just 16 and he was 24.

Skye, best known for co-starring in 1989’s “Say Anything” opposite John Cusack, is shopping a memoir, called “Say Everything,” to publishers, The Post can reveal.

Now 52 and a mother of two, the actress will write about how she was drawn to “sexual seeking and serial cheating” during her first marriage to Ad-Rock, aka Adam Keefe Horovitz. The pitch letter also promises “more celebs will be shagged than you can believe.”

The letter, going out to publishers today and seen by The Post, notes Skye was a troubled teen, just like other “divorce-scarred, disaffected” kids of her generation, and will write about her fractious relationship with her father, 1960s singer Donovan, who saw her as a “mistake” and only referred to her as “the girl.”

Skye was 15 when she made her Hollywood debut in the cult thriller “River’s Edge,” co-starring Keanu Reeves, and only 16 when she fell in “toxic love” with Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman Kiedis, who was addicted to heroin at the time. Kiedis, now 60 and sober, has talked about his addiction and how it nearly killed him.

The letter to publishers says that “leaving Kiedis for her great love, Beastie Boy Adam Horovitz, was an act of self-preservation. But her marriage at age 22 to Horovitz was undone by her almost pathological infidelities.

“Always moving from one great love to the next with lots of flings in between, Ione nursed a nagging feeling that there was something more feeding her sexual seeking and serial cheating than the rise of the f--k-me feminism of the ’90s.”

Skye was married to Horvitz in 1991 and the couple filed for divorce in 1999, announcing they had been separated for some time.

Skye will also write about her “missing father” who would sign letters to her as from “Your distant Daddy.”

The actress, her mother, Enid Karl, and older brother actor Donovan Leitch, were “banished” to California, where Skye came of age among other “bastard nepo babies” in the canyons of LA.

Skye is the mother of two daughters, Kate, 21, with interior designer David Netto, and Goldie, 15, with musician Ben Lee, her husband of the past 14 years. The couple split their time between Sydney,

Australia, and Los Angeles.

The pitch letter adds: “Their love story is a cosmic one, and when Ione falls for Ben, she finds herself subsumed by the culty thrall of his spiritual awakening; the two try to synchronize their experiences with yogis, gurus and ayahuasca shamans to the stars, but Ione smells a rat and must once and for all surrender the dream that being in perfect alignment with a partner can make her whole.”

Skye’s co-writer is Genevieve Field, who co-founded the magazine and dating site Nerve.
