Rep. Schiff’s Censure: Far Less Than He Deserved
It was revealing to watch Democratic members of Congress ludicrously cheering pathological liar Rep. Adam Schiff after his censure by the House of Representatives (“Raucous house,” June 22).
They know the Durham report establishes that he and others knowingly lied about Russian interference in the 2016 election.
Even if they truly believe that Durham is incorrect or biased, it is past time for Schiff to come up with the proof he has been touting. Donald Trump, Jr.’s (arguably foolish) meeting with the Russian lawyer could not rationally be considered an indication of collusion.
It is also reasonable to ask why the Russians would prefer a President Trump and his sharp elbows to a likely continuation of American foreign policy under a President Hillary Clinton.

Rep. Schiff’s censure is totally meaningless. It’s time to go after the Big Guy and hopefully remove him from office.
House Speaker Kevin McCarthy was wrong to reject Rep. Lauren Boebert’s push to impeach President Biden. She was dead right: Biden’s openborder policy is putting America at risk; the man is not fit to be our commander-in-chief.

Former Intelligence Committee Chair Adam Schiff led the Trump-hatred with lies about Russian collusion. So he was rightly censured.
The liberal side of the House shamelessly yelled “Shame!” while Schiff claimed, “It’s a badge of honor.” No: It’s a reminder that no one is above the law.

The House has, thankfully, censured Rep. Adam Schiff. But the man should be charged with much more than that for lying to bring down a sitting president, as he attempted to do.
When are the Republicans going to learn that politics is not what it used to be? They need to get as dirty as the Democrats for this country to survive.
