2-alarm fire strikes home
Firefighters battle residential fire on Sunday
Fire crews responded to a 2-alarm home fire at 345 Dietrich Valley Rd., Greenwich Twp. on Sunday afternoon. Most of the damage was on the second floor of the home. There were no injuries.
Responding were Community Fire Company of Virginville, Kutztown Fire Company Truck Crew, Hamburg Fire Company, Shoemakersville Fire Company, Kempton Fire Company, Walnuttown Fire Company, Blandon Fire Department, Union Fire Company #1 of Leesport, Fleetwood Fire Company, Port Clinton Fire Company, Weisenberg Volunteer Fire Department, Lyons Volunteer Fire Company, Kutztown Ambulance, Northeastern Berks Emergency Medical Service, Inc., and Macungie Ambulance Corps.
