CABOT 49, HOT SPRINGS LAKESIDE 39 Michael Smith led the host Panthers (3-1) with 22 points in a victory over the Rams in the first round of the Pre-Holiday Tournament.

FAYETTEVIL­LE 65, PINE BLUFF 53 Mason Adams scored 15 points as the Bulldogs knocked off the Zebras in a first- round game in the Bank of the Ozarks Wampus Cats Invitation­al in Conway. Luke Renner added 11 points for Fayettevil­le, which will play Harrison in Friday’s semifinals. Marcus Thomas and Roosevelt Mackey scored 14 points each to lead Pine Bluff.

HARRISON 69, JACKSONVIL­LE 67 Wilson Marseilles led the Goblins with 21 points in a victory over the Red Devils in the Wampus Cats Invitation­al. Jordan Grant added 20 for Harrison. Tedric Wolfe scored 21 and Sergio Berkley 20 for Jacksonvil­le, which will play Pine Bluff in tonight’s consolatio­n round. LITTLE ROCK CHRISTIAN 50, MORRILTON 48 Davis Liddil hit two free throws with 1.3 seconds remaining to give the Warriors (3-0) a victory over the host Devil Dogs in the Woodsman’s Invitation­al. Cole Hendrixson and Aaron Rosanthal scored 15 points each to lead Little Rock Christian, which will play Greene County Tech in Friday’s semifinals.

NORTH PULASKI 63, HOT SPRINGS 50 Rashad Langston led the Falcons with 15 points in a victory over the Trojans in the opening round of the Wampus Cats Invitation­al. Fred Thomas added 14 and Joe Aikens 10 for North Pulaski, which will play Conway in Friday’s semifinals. Chris Lenox led Hot Springs with 11 points.

RIVERSIDE 75, MAYNARD 63 Devon Austin’s 20-point, 16-rebound effort carried the Rebels over the Tigers in the semifinals of the Williams Baptist Invitation­al in Walnut Ridge. Kollin Stone added 19 points and Caleb Waugh 15 for Riverside, which led 41-28 at the half. Colton Watson’s 29 points paced Maynard while McKenzie Koons added 15.

WEDNESDAY’S GIRLS

CHARLESTON 56, WALDRON 35 Peyton Oldridge and Morgan Prescott scored 12 points each as the Lady Tigers (4-1) defeated the Lady Bulldogs in Charleston. Taylor Jones added 10 points for Charleston. FORDYCE 49, PULASKI ROBINSON

47 Lacie Hulse led the Lady Bugs with 21 points as the host team claimed the Fordyce Bank & Trust title with a victory over the Lady Senators. Alyssa English scored 13 points for Fordyce.

GREENWOOD 69, HOT SPRINGS 45 Megan Hartness provided the Lady Bulldogs with 18 points in a victory over the Lady Trojans in the Wampus

MARMADUKE 55, SOUTHSIDE BATESVILLE 28 Cally Price led the Lady Greyhounds with 12 points in a victory over the Lady Southerner­s in the semifinals of the Williams Baptist College Invitation­al in Walnut Ridge. Alex Richey added nine points for Marmaduke, which led 25-12 at the half. McKenzie King scored seven points to lead Southside. NORTH LITTLE ROCK 82, GUY-PERKINS 40 Kyra Collier and Ariel Frazier scored 13 points each as the Lady Charging Wildcats rolled to a victory over the Lady Thunderbir­ds in the Wampus Cats Invitation­al. Guy-Perkins was led by 10 points from both Abigale Smith and Brianna Duncan.

POTTSVILLE 43, GREENBRIER 27 Behind 21 points from Courtney Dotson, the Lady Apaches moved past the Lady Panthers in tournament action in Morrilton. Alexis Hogan scored eight points for Greenbrier, which trailed 20-9 at the half.

VILONIA 54, BENTON 50 Audrey Moran and Mckenzie Morris scored 18 points each as the Lady Eagles (6-1) held off the Lady Panthers in the first round of the Pre-Holiday Tournament in Cabot. Vilonia plays Harding Academy in tonight’s semifinals.

TUESDAY’S BOYS

BENTON HARMONY GROVE 69, PERRYVILLE 41 Mitch Scoggins made 6 of 7 three-point attempts as the Cardinals (6-0, 1-0) opened 3A-5 play with a victory over the visiting Mustangs. Scoggins finished with 29 points while Jake Scoggins added 12, and Chuck McCormick and Hayden Burchfield had 10 each.

COUNTY LINE 85, MAGAZINE 25 Trent Gattis and Evan Franklin scored 15 points each as the Indians (11-3) rolled to a victory over the visiting Rattlers. Cody Goodson added 12 points for County Line.

DANVILLE 72, OZARK 70, OT Jay Trusty scored 28 points as the Little Johns ( 5- 0) outlasted the Hillbillie­s in Danville. Terry Phouthavon­g added 22 points for Danville while Kyle Frost scored 12. HUGHES 72, PALESTINE-WHEATLEY 46 Myles Lee scored 19 points while leading the Blue Devils (1-0) over the Patriots (1-4, 0-1) in a 2A-6 game in Palestine. Devante Wright and Kevin Burgess added 12 each for Hughes. Hunter Parson scored 20 to lead the Patriots.

MAUMELLE 76, POTTSVILLE 73 Ron McCuien hit 4 of 4 free throws in the final 30 seconds to help the Hornets ( 3- 4, 1- 0) hold off the Apaches in a 4A-4 game in Maumelle. Gary Burton led the Hornets with 21 points while Tyshun Robinson and Nick Cox added 18 and 13 points, respective­ly. Michael Perry, who hit two three-pointers in the final minute, and Travis Cole finished with 27 points each for Pottsville.

MAYFLOWER 85, FOUNTAIN LAKE 68 Trey Lasker scored 24 points as the Eagles (4-2, 1-0) defeated the Cobras (3-2, 0-1) in a 3A-5 game in Fountain Lake. Sam Crutchfiel­d led the Cobras with 33 points while Tate McKellar added 15 points. PULASKI ACADEMY 63, CENTRAL ARKANSAS CHRISTIAN 42 Marcus Wallace put in 30 points as the Bruins (2-0) drummed the Mustangs in a nonconfere­nce game. Lawson Korita added nine for Pulaski Academy. Stephen Flanigan led CAC with 18 points.

BAUXITE 46, BISMARCK 20 Behind 15 points from Allison Tackett, the Lady Miners (4-2) topped the Lady Lions in a nonconfere­nce game in Bauxite. Ashley Eisenhauer added 11 for Bauxite, which led 32-13 at the half. FOUNTAIN LAKE 59, MAYFLOWER

49 Diedre McCoy scored 19 points as the Lady Cobras (4-1, 1-0) took a 3A-5 victory over the Lady Eagles in Fountain Lake. Bailey Womack added 12 for Fountain Lake, which led 44-28 at the half.

MALVERN 53, SYLVAN HILLS 27 Alivia Huell scored 13 points and the Lady Leopards (3-0) jumped out to a 34-8 lead at the half in downing the Lady Bears in Malvern. Raven Baker added 12 points for Malvern. PERRYVILLE 58, BENTON HARMONY GROVE 37 Calli Lankford led the Lady Mustangs (4-2, 1-0) with 21 points in a road victory over the Lady Cardinals in 3A-5 play. Lacy Alford scored 11 for Perryville.

RECTOR 75, McCRORY 60 Anna Blackshare made seven three-pointers and finished with 28 points as the Lady Cougars ( 11- 3, 2- 2) downed the Lady Jaguars in a 3A-3 game in McCrory. Kendal Gunn added 16 and Kristen Smart 10 for Rector. Micaela West scored 23 and Callie Morris 14 for McCrory. SPRING HILL 63, MINERAL SPRINGS 33 Jamie Nance led Spring Hill with 13 points and Rachel Madina scored all 11 of her points in the first quarter as the Lady Bears whipped the Lady Hornets in a 7-2A West game in Mineral Springs.

WHITE HALL 60, MONTICELLO 55 Hailey Wilkins led the Lady Bulldogs (5-2) with 28 points in a nonconfere­nce victory over the Lady Billies (2-1). JaeLisa Allen added 15 for White Hall. Morissa Hawkins scored 15 to lead Monticello, which led 30-29 at the half.
