Springdale’s City Council met Tuesday and approved:

Rezoning two acres along the west side of 56th Street, 600 feet north of Sisemore Lane from agricultural to thoroughfare commercial.

Rezoning 2.4 acres at 1729 Hatcher Road from an agricultural to a single family residential.

Rezoning land next to Whataburger on Elm Springs Road from a general commercial to a thoroughfare commercial. A Dunkin’ Donuts will be built at the location.
