Henderson State women win

Henderson State’s women’s team won the Henderson State Women’s Golf Invitational at the Hot Springs Country Club on Tuesday.

The Lady Reddies finished with a 36-hole total of 621, beating Southwestern Oklahoma State by 10 strokes. Arkansas-Monticello was third with a 655, Harding was fourth with a 673, followed by Southern Arkansas (694).

Individually, Henderson State’s Luisa Gartmann was second overall with a 155, two strokes behind Southwestern Oklahoma’s Gloria Choi. Taylor Loeb and Sara Wright of Henderson State tied for third with a 156. Henderson State’s Hanna Brauberger tied for sixth with a 159. Arkansas-Monticello’s Lauren Johnson was eighth with a 160. Harding’s Zhane Mayo finished tied for 10th with a 162.
