Harding, OBU women tie

Harding’s and Ouachita Baptist’s women’s teams played to a 2-2 tie Tuesday in Arkadelphia.

Harding (9-6-1, 6-4-1 Great American Conference) tied the game in the 89th minute on a goal by Bethany Sutherland. Ouachita Baptist (7-7-2, 7-3-1) overcame a 1-0 deficit on goals by Bryson Thomas in the 62nd minute and Tessa Woodcock in the 68th minute. Harding took a 1-0 lead in the eighth minute on a goal by Melanie Matkins.
