Crawfish Pie

1 (9-in.) prepared deep-dish pie crust ¼ cup butter 1 cup chopped onion ½ cup chopped green bell pepper ½ cup chopped celery 1½ tsp salt ½ tsp ground cayenne pepper tsp white pepper 1 cup diced tomatoes 1 o . peeled craw sh tails tbsp all-purpose our 1 cup water Place the pie crust into a deepdish pie plate. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, and cook and stir the onion, green pepper, celery, salt, cayenne pepper, and white pepper until the vegetables are tender and the onion is translucen­t, about 5 minutes. Stir in reduce heat to medium-low, and cook for about 3 minutes to blend - er in a bowl until the mixture mixture into the skillet.
