■ Sum­mer Pies with Chef Amanda Ivy, 6-8 p.m. Thurs­day. Ivy will teach par­tic­i­pants how to make Cherry Cloud Pie, Lemon Meringue Pie and Fresh Berry Pie. Cost: $50 in­cludes a wel­come paloma cock­tail and sam­ples of the dishes the chef pre­pares.

■ Cock­tails with Luiggi Uz­categui, 6-8 p.m. Tues­day. Uz­categui of Big Or­ange Mid­town will teach par­tic­i­pants how to make sum­mer cock­tails. Open to par­tic­i­pants 21 and older. Cost: $50.

■ Cook­ing To­gether with Matt and Amy Bell of South on Main, 6-8 p.m. July 13. Open to cou­ples and sin­gles. The Bells will demon­strate how to “cre­ate the per­fect night in.” Cost: $50 in­cludes a wel­come glass of wine and sam­ples of the dishes the chef pre­pares.

■ Cyn­thia Wy­man In­tro Se­ries: Week­end Break­fast, 4-6 p.m. July 15. This hand­son class will fea­ture a veg­e­tar­ian menu us­ing sea­sonal lo­cal fruit and ad­dress knife skills and how to re­duce the serv­ings a recipe makes. Menu: Dutch baby pan­cake with fresh sea­sonal fruit, berry-berry strudel bar, can­taloupe salad and fresh le­mon­ade. Cost: $50.

■ Kids Sum­mer Treats, 3-5 p.m. July 21. Open to chil­dren 7-10, this class will fo­cus on no-cook snacks in­clud­ing ba­nana choco­late chip ice cream bites, fruit ice­pops, melon ball skew­ers with fruit dip and ba­nana splits on a stick. Cost: $40.

■ Cit­rus De­lights with Kelli Marks of Sweet Love, 6-8 p.m. July 24. Marks will demon­strate a va­ri­ety of cit­rus desserts in­clud­ing curd, can­died peel and no-bake pie. Cost: $50 in­cludes a wel­come glass of wine.
