■ Summer Pies with Chef Amanda Ivy, 6-8 p.m. Thursday. Ivy will teach participan­ts how to make Cherry Cloud Pie, Lemon Meringue Pie and Fresh Berry Pie. Cost: $50 includes a welcome paloma cocktail and samples of the dishes the chef prepares.

■ Cocktails with Luiggi Uzcategui, 6-8 p.m. Tuesday. Uzcategui of Big Orange Midtown will teach participan­ts how to make summer cocktails. Open to participan­ts 21 and older. Cost: $50.

■ Cooking Together with Matt and Amy Bell of South on Main, 6-8 p.m. July 13. Open to couples and singles. The Bells will demonstrat­e how to “create the perfect night in.” Cost: $50 includes a welcome glass of wine and samples of the dishes the chef prepares.

■ Cynthia Wyman Intro Series: Weekend Breakfast, 4-6 p.m. July 15. This handson class will feature a vegetarian menu using seasonal local fruit and address knife skills and how to reduce the servings a recipe makes. Menu: Dutch baby pancake with fresh seasonal fruit, berry-berry strudel bar, cantaloupe salad and fresh lemonade. Cost: $50.

■ Kids Summer Treats, 3-5 p.m. July 21. Open to children 7-10, this class will focus on no-cook snacks including banana chocolate chip ice cream bites, fruit icepops, melon ball skewers with fruit dip and banana splits on a stick. Cost: $40.

■ Citrus Delights with Kelli Marks of Sweet Love, 6-8 p.m. July 24. Marks will demonstrat­e a variety of citrus desserts including curd, candied peel and no-bake pie. Cost: $50 includes a welcome glass of wine.
