Bentonville’s Planning Commission met Tuesday and approved:

Property line adjustment at Southeast Eighth, South Main, Southeast 10th and Southeast C streets.

Lot splits at 208 S.W. F St., on Rice Road, and Southwest I and Southwest 14th streets.

Development plans for McLarty Daniel Ford, 2609 S. Walton Blvd., Legacy National Bank, 2900 S. Walton Blvd., and Thaden School phase two, Southeast Eighth, South Main, Southeast 10th and Southeast C streets.

General plan amendment on Southwest Vendor and Southwest Regional Airport Boulevard from commercial to industrial.

Rezoning at Southwest I and Southwest 14th streets from agricultural to general commercial.

Rezoning at Been Road and Southwest Elington Street from agricultural to single family residential.

Preliminary plat for Oak Meadow Subdivision at Been Road and Southwest Elington Street.
