Elmer’s Colored Slime
Elmer’s promises that this slime recipe is super easy and kid friendly.
1 (4-ounce) bottle Elmer’s white school glue ½ tablespoon baking soda Food coloring
1 tablespoon contact lens
solution
Pour out the entire bottle of Elmer’s glue into a bowl. Add baking soda and mix thoroughly. After mixing, add your choice of food coloring until you get the color you want. Add contact lens solution. Mix until mixture gets harder to mix and slime begins to form.
Take the slime out and begin kneading with both of your hands. If needed, add ¼ tablespoon of contact lens solution to make the slime less sticky.
Adult supervision is required, and this project is not appropriate for children 3 or younger. Wash hands before and after making and playing with slime. Do not ingest.
