Johnny Smith, 45, of Fayet­teville was ar­rested Mon­day in con­nec­tion with ter­ror­is­tic threat­en­ing, bat­tery and flee­ing. Smith was be­ing held Mon­day in the Wash­ing­ton County De­ten­tion Cen­ter with no bond set.

Krys­tle Owen, 30, of 1108 Mal­lard Place was ar­rested Sun­day in con­nec­tion with res­i­den­tial bur­glary, theft of prop­erty, si­mul­ta­ne­ous pos­ses­sion of drugs and a firearm, pos­ses­sion of a con­trolled sub­stance, pos­ses­sion of a firearm by a felon, pos­ses­sion of a con­trolled sub­stance with in­tent of de­liv­er­ing and fail­ure to ap­pear. Owen was be­ing held Mon­day in the Wash­ing­ton County De­ten­tion Cen­ter on a $175,000 bond.

Jor­dan Fos­ter, 21, of 118 San Jose Drive in Spring­dale was ar­rested Mon­day in con­nec­tion with res­i­den­tial bur­glary, theft of prop­erty, si­mul­ta­ne­ous pos­ses­sion of drugs and a firearm and pos­ses­sion of a con­trolled sub­stance with the in­tent of de­liv­er­ing. Fos­ter was be­ing held Mon­day in the Wash­ing­ton County De­ten­tion Cen­ter with no bond set.

Emily Bai­ley, 20, of Spring­dale was ar­rested Mon­day in con­nec­tion with res­i­den­tial bur­glary, theft of prop­erty, si­mul­ta­ne­ous pos­ses­sion of drugs and a firearm, pos­ses­sion of a con­trolled sub­stance and pos­ses­sion of a con­trolled sub­stance with the in­tent of de­liv­er­ing. Bai­ley was be­ing held Mon­day in the Wash­ing­ton County De­ten­tion Cen­ter with no bond set.

Sarah Isaac, 22, of 215 W. Allen Ave. in Spring­dale was ar­rested Sun­day in con­nec­tion with res­i­den­tial bur­glary, theft of prop­erty, si­mul­ta­ne­ous pos­ses­sion of drugs and a firearm, pos­ses­sion of a firearm by a felon and pos­ses­sion of a con­trolled sub­stance with in­tent to de­liver. Isaac was be­ing held Mon­day in the Wash­ing­ton County De­ten­tion Cen­ter on a $175,000 bond.

Gabriel Gass, 18, of 414 McKnight Ave. in West Fork was ar­rested Sun­day in con­nec­tion with 33 counts of break­ing and en­ter­ing a ve­hi­cle, com­mer­cial bur­glary, theft of prop­erty and four counts of fraud­u­lent use of a credit card, po­lice said. Po­lice stopped Gass for a traf­fic vi­o­la­tion and found stolen prop­erty, ac­cord­ing to a news re­lease. Po­lice say Gass stole prop­erty at The Links Apart­ments, The Cliffs Apart­ments, Hill Place Apart­ments, The Vue Apart­ments and neigh­bor­hoods in the Wed­ing­ton Drive area, ac­cord­ing to the re­lease. The in­ves­ti­ga­tion is on­go­ing.

Rogers

Scotty George Bullard, 39, of 103 Mid­land Ave. in Spring­dale was ar­rested Sun­day in con­nec­tion with theft of prop­erty. Bullard was be­ing held Mon­day in the Ben­ton County Jail with no bond set.

Siloam Springs

Robert Lee Bill, 28, of 1201 Flynt St. was ar­rested Mon­day in con­nec­tion with do­mes­tic bat­tery and ag­gra­vated as­sault upon a cer­ti­fied law en­force­ment of­fi­cer or an em­ployee of a cor­rec­tional fa­cil­ity. Bill was be­ing held Mon­day in the Ben­ton County Jail with no bond set.

Spring­dale

Dar­win H. Casasola, 34, of 4438 Wig­wam Lane was ar­rested Mon­day in con­nec­tion with ag­gra­vated as­sault and do­mes­tic bat­tery. Casasola was be­ing held Mon­day in the Ben­ton County Jail on $2,500 bond.

Wash­ing­ton County Sher­iff’s Of­fice

John Kelly, 54, of 3553 Dead Horse Moun­tain Road in Fayet­teville was ar­rested Satur­day in con­nec­tion with ag­gra­vated as­sault. Kelly was re­leased Sun­day from the Wash­ing­ton County De­ten­tion Cen­ter on a $3,500 bond.

PO­LICE Ben­ton County Sher­iff’s Of­fice

Theft was re­ported at 4:24 p.m. Fri­day at 16165 E. Arkansas 94 in Rogers.

Fayet­teville

As­sault or bat­tery was re­ported at 11:33 p.m. Sun­day at 566 N. Wordsworth Lane.

Rob­bery was re­ported at 10:16 p.m. Sun­day at 600 N. Betty Jo Drive. No fur­ther in­for­ma­tion was avail­able Mon­day, po­lice said.

Rogers

Bur­glary was re­ported at 3:53 p.m. Thurs­day at 1023 S. 26th St.
