Inspector selected for state nuke plant

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has chosen Chris Henderson to be the senior resident inspector at Entergy’s Arkansas Nuclear One plant near Russellville.

Henderson replaces Brian Tindell, who was named senior resident at the Arkansas plant in 2013. Tindell is going to Rockville, Md., to work at the commission’s headquarters.

Henderson joined the agency in 2010 as a reactor operations engineer in Rockville. He also has served as a resident inspector at a nuclear plant in Brownville, Neb.

Henderson joins resident inspectors Tom Sullivan and Margaret Tobin at Arkansas Nuclear One. They conduct inspections and monitor plant operations and safety-significant work projects.
