The Neigh­bor­hood Church in Ben­tonville, 2003 S.W. Re­gional Air­port Road, plans a “send off” at 10 a.m. Sun­day in the church park­ing lot for 26 church mem­bers who are trav­el­ing to Gu­atemala for mis­sion work.

The church of­fers “The­ol­ogy and Pizza,” a men’s min­istry, at 6 p.m. Aug. 8 at Bike Rack Brew­ing Co. in Ben­tonville.

The Pres­by­te­rian Church of Bella Vista, 1880 For­est Hills Blvd., spon­sors a “Cre­ative Kids Make It and Share It” from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Mon­day to Fri­day for stu­dents in kinder­garten through 12th grade. Par­tic­i­pants will make dif­fer­ent projects each day and de­liver them to non­profit agen­cies in Bella Vista.

Mem­bers of the church will gather for a sing-along with res­i­dents at 2:30 p.m. Aug. 11 at High­land Health­care and Re­hab in Bella Vista.

Through the sum­mer months, the church col­lects snacks for kids to do­nate to Help­ing Hands Food Pantry in Ben­tonville. Sug­gested items in­clude cheese and crack­ers, fruit cups, juice pack­ets and boxes, gra­nola bars and mi­crowav­able items such as mac­a­roni and cheese, ravi­oli and soups.

Com­mu­nity Chris­tian Church in Fayet­teville, 4210 Frontage Road, spon­sors the “Sum­mer of Pants” cloth­ing drive for LifeSource In­ter­na­tional. LifeSource of­fers free re­sources for low-in­come fam­i­lies and is in need of men’s cloth­ing.

The Gui­tar Cen­ter in Fayet­teville will do­nate one ukelele for ev­ery 100 pounds of cloth­ing to LifeSource for af­ter-school mu­sic classes.
