Lambert was being held Saturday at the Washington County Detention Center on $1,500 bond.

Joseph Davis, 22, of 2626 Woodstone Drive in Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested Saturday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Davis was being held Saturday at the Washington County Detention Center on $1,500 bond.
