Gardeners

The Benton County Master Gardeners will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the lodge at the Bentonville Church of Christ. The guest speaker will be Sim Barrow from the Northwest Arkansas FrogWatch chapter on “Frogs in the Garden.”

In addition to discussing the benefits of having frogs/ toads in the garden, he will also involve the audience in identifying sounds of frogs. In order to do this, he is encouraging Master Gardeners to record on their phones the evening chorus presented by the frogs in their own garden. This will be an interactive, informative presentation on croaking creatures of the night.

Guests are always welcome to attend the guest speaker programs. Social time begins at 5:30 p.m.
