Guns vs Hoses
Kevin Knight, Beaver Lake firefighter/paramedic, helps Dollar General employee Ashley Davis try on firefighter turnout gear Saturday during the “Guns vs Hoses” charity event at the Dollar General on Arkansas 12 in Prairie Creek. Dollar General hosted the event featuring deputies from the Benton County Sheriff’s Office in a friendly competition with personnel from the Beaver Lake Fire Department to see which agency could collect the most donated school supplies for students in need. Both agencies brought their vehicles and equipment for the public to look at.
