Child Care Aware of North­west Arkansas is pro­vid­ing free train­ing. Classes in­clude: ■ Mon­day: “Anger Ba­sics” will ex­plore the root causes of anger and tech­niques to deal with it. Class is held 10 a.m.-noon at 614 E. Emma Ave., Suite 131 in Spring­dale.

■ Tues­day: “Grow­ing Brains, Con­nect­ing Neu­rons” teaches facts about chil­dren’s grow­ing brains and what they need to fully de­velop. Class is held from 6-8 p.m. at 614 E. Emma Ave., Suite 131 in Spring­dale.

■ Wed­nes­day: “Sens ory In­te­gra­tion” dis­cusses cop­ing skills and ways to help a child when they feel over­whelmed. Class is held 10 a.m.-noon at 1200 W. Wal­nut St., in Rogers.

■ Jueves: “Au­toes­tima en los hi­jos”. Las clases se en­cuen­tran los jueves de 6-8 p.m. y es­tán lo­cal­izadas en 614 E. Emma Salón 218 en Spring­dale. Llame al (479) 751-9494 para más in­for­ma­ción.
