William Matthews, 56, of 17352 Crestview Road in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent of delivering, possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Matthews was being held Tuesday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

Clayton Springer, 42, of 12997 U.S. 265 in Prairie Grove was arrested Tuesday in connection with stalking. Springer was being held Tuesday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

Dana Clines, 38, of 1034 Klenc Road in Tontitown was arrested Monday in connection with failure to pay child support. Clines was released Tuesday from the Washington County Detention Center with bonds of $2,167.

Indecent exposure was reported at 9:54 a.m. Tuesday at 1525 E. Farmers Drive.

Assault or battery was reported at 8:07 p.m. Monday at 2198 E. Cinnamon Way.

Assault or battery was reported at 9:11 p.m. Monday at 1701 N. Lewis Ave., Apt. 18.
