Chamber honors construction projects
The Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce held its annual Construction & Developers 2017 Appreciation Awards Banquet on Monday at Fayetteville Town Center.
The event honors Fayetteville chamber member projects that were recently completed in Washington and Benton counties.
Ten awards were given out:
■ Agricultural Heritage Award — Don Tyson Center for Agricultural Sciences project, University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.
■ Generational Award — The New School: academic center, gymnasium and innovation center, Fayetteville.
■ Historic Preservation Award — historic Cane Hill College, Canehill.
■ Phoenix Award — Record, Bentonville.
■ Infrastructure Award — Stadium Drive realignment and improvement project, Fayetteville.
■Transfor■ation Award — Northwest Arkansas Community College Brightwater, Bentonville.
■ Vision Award — The Fields at Pinnacle, building 1, Rogers.
■ Community Impact Award — Walton Arts Center renovation and expansion, Fayetteville.
■ Regional Wellness Award — Women and Infants Center and William L. Bradley Medical Plaza, Fayetteville.
■ Developer of the Year — Johnelle Hunt of Hunt Ventures.
