Man Who Was Peter Pan by Allan Knee), onstage 7 p.m. Tuesday-Wednesday, 1:30 and 7 p.m. Thursday, 8 p.m. Friday and 2 and 8 p.m. Saturday at Fayetteville’s Walton Arts Center, 495 W. Dickson St.

Education Gift
The Arkansas Repertory Theatre’s scholarship fund will be the beneficiary of the company’s Education Night event, which gets underway at 6 p.m. Tuesday. Before a 7 p.m. performance of The Gift
of the Magi, Rep students will sing carols and participants can enjoy the company’s signature holiday drink and purchase $1 raffle tickets for prizes.

Carol benefit
A touring production of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol will be performed at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the University of Central Arkansas’ Reynolds Performance Hall to benefit the Main Stage Education Series for schoolchildren.
The play features 26 traditional carols of the season woven throughout the classic Dickens’ story.
The Education Series “introduces children from across central Arkansas to performing arts,” said Amanda Horton, director of Reynolds Performance Hall. Proceeds will help expand the program, she said.

Library Grinchfest
KTHV anchor Craig O’Neill will read Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas for kids at 9:30 and 11 a.m. Wednesday, Hillary Rodham Clinton Children’s Library & Learning Center, 4800 W. 10th St., Little Rock.
Children are encouraged by the library to come in costume. Admission is free. Reserve seats online at cals.org.

The Arkansas Historic Preservation Program has listed its “Walks Through History” and “Sandwiching in History” tours for 2018.
“Walks Through History,” co-sponsored by the Arkansas Humanities Council, are free guided walking tours of historic structures and districts, 11 a.m. Saturdays.
