Molly Hepler was hired as a mortgage loan officer by Arvest Bank’s Tontitown branch. Hepler has worked in a variety of roles since joining Arvest in 2007, most recently as a mortgage loan officer with the bank’s internet lending team.
Stephine Phillips was named director of cardiovascular service line at Washington Regional. She was nurse manager of cardiovascular services and served as interim director of cardiology. Phillips graduated from Har-Ber School of Nursing and earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. She achieved various life-support certifications and is a member of the Association of Critical-Care Nurses and the American Nursing Association. Todd Nighswonger joined Mercy Fort Smith as senior media relations and communications specialist, serving hospitals and clinics in Fort Smith and the surrounding Arkansas and Oklahoma communities. He was media relations specialist for Mercy in Joplin, Mo. Nighswonger has 30-plus years’ experience in media and media relations, chiefly as an editor for newspapers and magazines. He earned a bachelor’s in journalism from Kansas State University and a
master’s in management from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Va.
Joanna L. Taylor was named director of imaging services at Washington Regional. She was imaging administrative manager. Taylor, who has been with Washington Regional for 27 years, earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Delta State University in Cleveland, Miss., and a certificate in nuclear medicine technology from Ochsner School of Allied Health Sciences in New Orleans. She is certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in nuclear medicine. Chad Bingle joined Mediavision2020 as director of digital operations. He was director of digital strategy at Rockfish Interactive, digital marketing manager at Watkins Inc. and senior digital strategist at Best Buy.
