Dr. Alexis McCollum, board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, recently joined the medical staff of Northwest Health, practicing at Willow Creek Women’s Clinic at 4301 Greathouse Springs Road, Suite 100 in Johnson. McCollum received her medical education at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock and completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at the university.

Jennifer Neumann recently joined Washington Regional Medical System as director of hospice services. Neumann, who earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Northern Colorado and a master of public health at Missouri State University, achieved certification as an assisted and residential care administrator. She was administrator at Legacy Village Assisted Living in Bentonville.

Joel Rownak was selected the new director of information systems at Sparks Health System. He will oversee technology and telecommunication operations for hospitals in Fort Smith and Van Buren, as well as its clinics. He most recently served as manager of information systems at Northwest Health in Springdale. He earned a bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and has nearly 20 years of information technology experience.

Dale Reed was hired by Arvest Bank to be its commercial lender based out of its branch at 317 E. Pridemore Drive in Lincoln. Reed most recently worked as the Arkansas division manager for Preferred Poultry Supply and also spent 14 years at PGTelco, including eight as sales and marketing manager. He earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations at Arkansas Tech University.

Sara Stripling was promoted to the full-time role of executive assistant/office manager by the Single Parent Scholarship Fund of NWA. She was the group’s administrative assistant. Stripling holds a master of fine arts in creative writing from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.

Coy Evans joined the development team at Single Parent Scholarship Fund of NWA as the associate director of annual giving. Evans has 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector including political, museum and higher education fundraising. She earned a bachelor of arts in English and gender studies from the University of North Florida in 2003.

Lane Adams was hired to be vice president of client relations at WhyteSpyder. Adams began her career 18 years ago in entry level account services, eventually working her way up through leadership positions at companies such as Saatchi

and Saatchi X, CRJW, TPN and RockFish.

Stephanie Parson, MSN, RN, CAPA, was recently named chief quality officer of Sparks Health System. She was quality department manager. Parson holds a master of science in nursing leadership and management from Western Governors University, and is pursuing a post-master’s family nurse practitioner certificate from Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa. She’s been with Sparks since 2001, beginning as a nurse in the Ambulatory Surgery Center.
