City Wi-Fi available in 10 new spots

FAYETTEVIL­LE — The city has expanded access to free public Wi-Fi.

Compliment­ary wireless internet is available at 10 spots across the city in addition to the square, senior center, library and other city buildings. The move serves as part of the administra­tion’s larger digital inclusion plan to improve equitable access to digital services and programs among residents, according to a city news release.

To connect to the city’s Wi-Fi, select the network named “City of Fayettevil­le Public Wi-Fi.” Once connected, look for a pop-up splash screen or use the device’s browser to accept the terms of use.

The service is available at: ■ Bryce Davis Park, 1595 N. Dartmouth Ave.

■ Dickson Street parking, West Avenue and Dickson Street lots

■ Gary Hampton Softball Complex, 2790 N. Salem Road ■ Gulley Park, 1850 E. Township St. ■ Lake Fayettevil­le, 1330 E. Lake Fayettevil­le Road

■ Regional Park, west of Interstate 49 on Cato Springs Road

■ Spring Street Parking Deck, 221 N. School Ave.

■ Veterans Memorial Park, 4451 N. Vantage Drive

■ Walker Park, 10 W. 15th St. ■ Wilson Park, 675 Park Ave.
