After the devastatin­g fire that ravaged through SUR, Lisa decides to channel all of her energy into restoring the business in this new episode. Elsewhere, in the wake of her birthday meltdown, Stassi seeks some advice from a tarot card reader.

Ridiculous Cakes FOOD 9 p.m.

In this new episode, bakers work on a cake of a canine dressed as Marie Antoinette for William Wegman, a photograph­er famous for his portraits of costumed dogs. Also, cake artists make a fantasy cake featuring dragons over a stream.

Singles from around the world compete in winter-themed challenges while trying to make a connection in a new episode. The winners of the challenges are awarded date cards, which provide them with opportunit­ies to get to know each other.

Bull (5) KFSM 8 p.m.

Bull (Michael Weatherly) tries to help his college roommate when he’s accused of committing murder in this rebroadcas­t. However, the case proves to be a challenge for Bull, who’s unfamiliar with the rules of a Native American tribal court.

Kevin (Probably) Saves the World (29) KHOG (40) KHBS 9 p.m.

An unlikely hero is tasked with saving humanity in this quirky drama. When Kevin Finn (Jason Ritter) encounters a celestial being (Kimberly Hébert Gregory), he discovers he’s one of the last righteous souls left on Earth.

The Detour TBS 9:30 p.m.

Now that Robin (Natalie Zea) is out of work, Nate (Jason Jones) must step up and get a job, so he works on an Alaskan fishing trawler in this new episode. The job involves seven months of rotting fish, meth fumes and family separation.

Riverdale (29.2) (40.2) CW 7 p.m.

When Southside High is unexpected­ly shut down, Jughead (Cole Sprouse) and his fellow serpents transfer to Riverdale High. At the same time, Veronica (Camila Mendes) assures her parents she’s still cool with their plans for SoDale.

The Amazing Race (5) KFSM 8 p.m.

After weeks of racing around the world, the remaining teams dash to the finish line in this season finale. Host Phil Keoghan welcomes the racers to their final destinatio­n as one team wins the $1 million grand prize.

The Magicians SYFY 8 p.m.

Margo (Summer Bishil) takes a stand against the Fairy Queen (Candis Cayne) in this new episode. Elsewhere, Quentin (Jason Ralph) and Penny (Arjun Gupta) set out to retrieve a lost item. Madeleine Arthur guest stars.

Lisa shares her emotional journey in this new episode. Filmmakers follow morbidly obese people as they prepare to change their lives with gastric bypass surgery in the hopes of improving the quality of their lives.

Top Chef BRAVO 8 p.m.

The competitio­n takes an emotional turn when the Voltaggio brothers reunite the chefs with some visitors from home in this new episode. After the Eliminatio­n Challenge, one chef will have to pack up their knives before the next leg of the finals.

Project Runway: All Stars LIFE 8 p.m.

The judging panel welcomes special guests RuPaul and Jesse Tyler Ferguson for a spectacula­r avant-garde runway in this new episode. Alyssa Milano hosts this version of the reality fashion show, which features all-star veterans and runway designers.

Steve Harvey returns to the stage where he launched his career in this rebroadcas­t. Some of the biggest stars in comedy and music join Harvey to celebrate the history of the famed theater, which has hosted a legendary amateur night for 82 years.

Married to Medicine BRAVO 8 p.m.

When Heavenly gets back from Barbados, she decides to throw a DNA reveal party to make up for her failed couple’s therapy in this new episode. Also, Jackie allows Curtis to move back into the house, but there’s a condition.

The Rap Game LIFE 9 p.m.

The young rappers got off to a rough start, but by the end of this season finale, they’ve proven they are true artists. They attempt to apply what they’ve learned to a final performanc­e as they try to show JD who deserves to be signed to his label.
