Chung Tan of the Fayettevil­le Chamber of Commerce received certificat­ion as an economic developmen­t finance profession­al from the National Developmen­t Council. Tan is the chamber’s chief economic developmen­t officer and works with the city of Fayettevil­le in economic developmen­t efforts. She is also a certified economic developmen­t profession­al.

Brendan Quirk joined Runway Group as cycling program director. Quirk was co-founder and chief executive officer of Competitiv­e Cyclist, a Little Rock-based startup that eventually grew to become North America’s largest eCommerce cycling company. It was acquired by outdoor eCommerce retailer Backcountr­y. com in 2011, where he served as executive vice president of customer experience. Most recently he served as North America president for Rapha Racin, LLC, a London-based brand

of cycling apparel and accessorie­s. Dr. Matei Andreoiu

joined Sparks Clinic. He will practice alongside his wife, Dr. Carey Andreoiu, at Sparks Clinic Urogynecol­ogy and Urology in a new office at 520 Towson Avenue, Suite B, Fort Smith. He has been practicing medicine in Fort Smith since 2013. He earned his degree at the University of Western Ontario School of Medicine and received advanced fellowship training at Indiana University and Cleveland Clinic in Florida.
