FAYETTEVIL­LE — Annabelle Mae Albertin,

age 87, of Goshen passed away Wednesday, March 7, at Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayettevil­le. She was born Marc h 23, 1930, at Chillicoth­e, Mo., the daughter of William Edward and Jennie Doty (Graham) Cox.

On Dec. 31, 1948, in De Soto, Kan., she was united in marriage to Lale Albertin, who preceded her in death on Jan. 28, 2008. Also preceding her in death were her parents; two brothers and one sister.

Surviving are one son, Dennis Albertin and his wife Samantha of Fayettevil­le; three daughters, Janette Sue O’Connell and her husband William of Eustis, Fla., Jennie Lee Matlock and her husband Wes of Goshen and Diane Kelley and her husband Jonathan of Kansas City, Kan.; 14 grandchild­ren and 12 great- grandchild­ren.

Annabelle graduated from Northeast Senior High School in Kansas City, Mo. She had been employed as a bank teller, worked for Southweste­rn Bell Telephone Company, in a doctor’s office, a nursing home, R & O, Army Corps of Engineers and Johnson County DMV. In 1997, she and her husband moved to Goshen to make their home. She was a member of DAR in Olathe, Kan., and the Mayflower Society. Some of her favorite pastimes were crafting and collecting dolls.

Graveside services will be held at 1 p. m. Monday, March 12, at Edgewood Cemetery in Chillicoth­e, Mo., under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville, MO.

GENTRY — Ralph

Wetmore, 95, of Gentry passed March 2, 2018.

He married Judi Sonsel in 1982.

Ralph is survived by his wife, Judi; three daughters; Judi’s two sons; 11 grandchild­ren; five great- grandsons; one great- granddaugh­ter and second great- granddaugh­ter due in June.

OZARK — Steven

Randolph Gage, 64, of Ozark, Ark., died Thursday, March 1, 2018, at his home.

He was a man of faith who was devoted to h i s family, friends, and the entire city of Ozark. Steven knew that God had blessed him. He was a humble man who appreciate­d the beauty of life, despite the hardships that come with it. He lived his life as a servant, putting others before himself, whether it was caring for his first and second wives, both of whom died after long illnesses, or supporting his friends, his church, and community. He was a member and deacon of First Baptist Church of Ozark.

Steven was born Feb. 20, 1954, in Ozark to Travis, Sr. and Gelene Cannon Gage. He was preceded in death by his wives, Gail Treat Gage and Janet Zeiler Gage; and his parents.

Steven is survived by two sons, Jeremiah Gage and wife Ginger of Loveland, Colo., and Dr. Justin Gage and wife Kristen of Fayettevil­le, Ark.; two stepsons, Alex and Aaron Smith both of Van Buren, Ark.; two brothers, Travis Gage Jr. and wife Connie of Ozark, Ricky Gage and wife Wanda, also of Ozark; two sisters, Mary Gage Woods and husband

Mike of Stillwater, Okla., and Anna Gage of Ozark; and one grandchild, Wyatt Gage of Loveland, Colo.

Steven graduated from Ozark High School in 1972 and attended Arkansas Tech University from 1972 to 1976. Steven had an inquiring mind, he loved history, reading and was a man of many talents. A music lover, he played guitar and sang. He was an expert home chef; he passed down his love of food to his sons and was a certified judge by the Kansas City Barbeque Society. He taught Arkansas Hunter Education for many years. Typical in the Gage family, Steven grew up playing every sport. He won five “Pass, Punt, Kick” competitio­ns as a youngster and played softball throughout his post-high school life, including with the infamous Shaffer Funeral Home softball team.

Steven was a lifelong Ozark Hillbilly fan and supporter. He was the voice of the Ozark Hillbillie­s for over 30 years on KDYN Radio. He spent much of his free time on the Hillbilly Foundation, an organizati­on he founded to help fund Ozark youth athletics.

Steven was also loved by many in his profession­al life and he made friends across the world. He was considered an expert in the field of oil and natural gas measuremen­t and enjoyed sharing his knowledge and experience with others. He was well- published in the oil and natural gas industry and an executive committee member of the Internatio­nal School of Hydrocarbo­n Measuremen­t. He was hired by Arkansas Western Gas in 1985 and spent the rest of life working in the industry.

Steven traveled extensivel­y. He loved loading his family in the van for summer trips across the American West. He visited far-off places, from Bangkok to Bastogne, toured World War II battlefiel­ds, and made three trips to his uncle Junior Cannon’s WWII gravesite located in Margraten, The Netherland­s.

He was buried at Highland Cemetery on March 6 in between his first wife Gail, who died in 2001, and his second wife Janet, who died in 2007, and he will rest in the town he grew up in, surrounded by the people he loved so much.

Hogan, Jr., 90, a resident of Paris passed away Friday, March 9, 2018, at his home.

ROGERS — Annie

Susan Talley-Jordan was born in Portales, N.M., on April 5, 1930, to Joe Weldy and Mary Jergins Weldy. She passed peacefully in her home on March 2, 2018.

She is survived by her two sons, Jack D. Hobbs and Ronald D. McBride; seven grandkids, Colby Hobbs, Jamie Deans, Britanny Delozier, David Howard, Jennifer Howard, Melissa Kerr and Melinda McBride; five great- grandkids, Alanna Sellers, Titan Hobbs, Taya Deans, Wade Howard and Jaden Howard; one sister, Della Lease; and several nieces.

She enjoyed doing woodwork and family and especially ALL her grandkids. She has touched many lives and will be greatly missed.

Her Memorial Service will be at 1 p. m., Wednesday, March 14, in the Chapel of Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers.

SPRINGDALE — Frank

Kenneth Maestri, 84, of Springdale, Ark., passed away March 8, 2018. He was born April 19, 1933, in Tontitown, Ark., to Albano and Agnes Pierce Maestri.

Frank attended Springd a l e High School, where he was an All-District football player. After high school, he enlisted in the U. S. Navy and was stationed in the Pacific during the Korean War.

Upon receiving his discharge, Frank enrolled at the University of Arkansas, where he majored in transporta­tion and graduated with a degree in business administra­tion. He then went to work as a dispatcher for Willis Shaw Frozen Express in 1963 and retired as the company’s president in 1999. Frank was elected to seven consecutiv­e terms as a director of the Arkansas Trucking Associatio­n. He also served as president of the Refrigerat­ed Transporta­tion Foundation and chairman of the Refrigerat­ed Division of the Interstate Carriers Conference. In 1999, the Arkansas Trucking Associatio­n named Frank one of the industry’s “twenty most influentia­l people of the twentieth century.”

Frank was active in church and community. He was a member of Saint Raphael’s Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. He served as president of the Tontitown Historical Museum board of directors and was a longtime supporter of the Shiloh Museum of Ozark History. Local history mattered to Frank. His grandparen­ts, Pietro and Melania Maestri, and his father, Albano Maestri, were Italian immigrants who came to Northwest Arkansas in 1898 as one of the founding families of Tontitown.

Golf was a favorite pastime, and Frank had the good fortune to play at some legendary courses, including Pebble Beach, Augusta National, and St. Andrews.

Frank was preceded in death by his brothers, Floyd Maestri and Paul Maestri; and his sisters, Genevieve Maestri Bean, Grace Maestri Wade and Lavinia Maestri Zulpo.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Evelyn Ceola Maestri of the home; daughter, Michaela and her husband Jamie Baker of Springdale; son, Kelly of Fayettevil­le; son, Kevin and his wife Kelli of Springdale; grandchild­ren Jeremy Baker and his wife Alisha, Joshua Baker, Hogan Maestri, Stella Maestri, and Lola Maestri; brother Stephen Maestri and his wife Dorothy of Fort Smith; sister Mary Frances Maestri Vaughan of Springdale; and brother Leslie “Red” Maestri of Lowell.

Frank would want you to know that his greatest source of pride was his family.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 13, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale. The funeral service will be Wednesday, March 14, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Tontitown, with Rosary at 10 a.m. and Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m., Father John Connell officiatin­g. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Tontitown.

After the services, please join the family for a reception at St. Joseph Catholic Church parish hall.

Gerald Sisco, 59, of Springdale, Ark., passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2018, at the Circle of Life Hospice Home in Springdale.

Efton was born in Harrison, Ark., on Nov. 30, 1958, a son of Donna Ann (Cook) Sisco and the late Carter Sisco.

He is survived by his mother; three siblings, Judy Fletcher and husband Gary of Decatur, Ark., Curtis Sisco and wife Jan of Springdale, Ark., and Randall Sisco of Decatur; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 12, 2018, at the Backstrom- Pyeatte Funeral Home of Springdale, Ark., from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Graveside service will be held 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 13, 2018, at the Joyce Cemetery in Springdale.

SPRINGDALE — Sue

Ellen Wells, 76, passed away March 7, 2018, at Circle of Life in Springdale. She was born July 21, 1941, to Walter and Edna Williams Parton in Lampe, Mo.

Sue was a cook for Neal’s Cafe for over 20 years. She was raised in Blue Eye, Mo. Her family was her world.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, John Wells.

Survivors include her son, John Wells and wife Jennifer of Lowell; her daughter, Suzanna Crow of Springdale; two grandchild­ren, John Adam and Alexandria Victoria Wells; her sister, Barbara Edwards of Springdale; two nieces and a nephew.

Funeral services will be Monday, March 12, 2018, starting at 2 p. m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale with Pastor David Gilmer officiatin­g. Burial will follow at Bluff Cemetery.

A visitation will be prior to the service from noon-2 p.m. at the funeral home.

SAN ANTONIO, Texas — Mima Lou ( Haynes) Robinson,

age 90, a longtime resident of Roge r s , passed quietly from this life on Jan. 28, 2018, at the Army Residence Community in San Antonio, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Luke Robinson, in 2014; also by her parents, C.E. and Cora Bell (Long) Haynes, brothers Ralph, Howard, C.E. Jr., Norwood, and Joe Haynes, and many others, including her beloved cousin Lucy ( Loveless) Pruitt of Iuka, Miss.

Mima Lou graduated with honors in 1946 from Haleyville High School in Haleyville, Ala., and in 1949 from the Baptist Hospital School of Nursing in Birmingham Ala., and enjoyed her career as a nurse before marrying Luke in 1955. They moved to San Antonio in 2007 after a long retirement in Albuquerqu­e, N.M., and Rogers, Ark., following Luke’s career as a dentist in private practice in Iuka, Miss., and in the Air Force.

She is survived by daughter, Patti (Robinson) Bingham and son-in-law Bryan of Albuquerqu­e; son, Wade Robinson and daughterin­law Theresa of Arlington, Texas; and son, Rex Robinson of Albuquerqu­e; seven grandchild­ren; six great- grandchild­ren; two nieces and two nephews.

Mima Lou was a loving daughter and sister, dearly beloved wife, delightful mother, and charming friend. She was a smart, sweet, and funny woman. She was a faithful Christian, an avid reader, a talented gardener, and a reluctant but wonderful cook. She had the knack of making friends wherever she went, and she will be remembered with affection by all who knew her.
