601 First St., Gravette Critical violations: Bucket of sanitizer did not have a label. The handle for cold water at the handwashin­g sink needs repair.

Noncritica­l violations: There were unlabeled squeeze bottles at the grill.

Feb. 28 Braum’s Ice Cream

551 U.S. 412 West, Siloam Springs Critical violations: Sausage patties were not cooled in accordance with establishe­d procedures before being moved into cold holding. Ice cream was not at 41 degrees in ice cream machine; some food items in cold holding were not maintainin­g a temperatur­e of 41 degrees or below.
