Restaurant inspections
Critical violations are defined as items relating directly to factors that lead to food-borne illness and must be corrected immediately. Noncritical violations are defined as items that relate to maintenance of food operations and cleanliness.
BENTON COUNTY Feb. 26 Gravette C Store
601 First St., Gravette Critical violations: Bucket of sanitizer did not have a label. The handle for cold water at the handwashing sink needs repair.
Noncritical violations: There were unlabeled squeeze bottles at the grill.
Feb. 28 Braum’s Ice Cream
551 U.S. 412 West, Siloam Springs Critical violations: Sausage patties were not cooled in accordance with established procedures before being moved into cold holding. Ice cream was not at 41 degrees in ice cream machine; some food items in cold holding were not maintaining a temperature of 41 degrees or below.
Noncritical violations: Walk-in cooler has a small condensation leak.

Noncritical violations: Shelves for dishes and equipment are showing signs of rust, repeat violation. Ice buildup is preventing the walk-in freezer door from closing properly, repeat violation; ice/frost buildup along the ceiling and wall in the walk-in freezer is dripping onto boxes of food; there are leaks under the soda machine and the ceiling in the back room.
