Critical violations are defined as items relating directly to factors that lead to food-borne illness and must be corrected immediately. Noncritical violations are defined as items that relate to maintenance of food operations and cleanliness.

Noncritical violations: The ice scoop was stored on top of the ice machine. Frozen food was stored in nonfood grade plastic bags; cardboard was being used to separate blocks of chicken and to line shelves, repeat violation. Door between dining room and kitchen needs cleaning. Grease trap lid is broken and appears to be pumping out; grease and water is leaking onto the parking lot.
