BELLA VISTA— Lorraine “Lorrie” M.

Bengtson, 90, of Bella Vista, Ark., passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at Mercy Hospital in Rogers. She was born July 14, 1927, to Ragnar and Norma Morberg. Her memorial service date and time has changed to Friday, May 25 at 11 a.m. at Abundant Life Ministries in Bella Vista. Carolyn Faith Brannon,

76, of Bentonvill­e, Ark., went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 14, 2018.

Carolyn was a member of the Rogers Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Carolyn was very passionate about the needs of disadvanta­ged children, and went to great lengths to help them.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ellis Franklin and Ana Mae Price; one daughter, Angela Faith Brown; and one son, Cory Patrick Brown. Carolyn is survived by her husband, Lynn Brannon of Bentonvill­e; one daughter, Laura BrownFulp and husband, Jeff of St. George, Utah; and two grandsons, Sebastian and Julian Brown of California.

There will be a potluck lunch visitation at noon, Monday, April 23, 2018, at Bethel Baptist Church dining room with a memorial service immediatel­y following. Cremation arrangemen­ts have been entrusted to Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services in Rogers. Memories may be shared at stockdale-moodyfs.com.

Christophe­r Floyd

Madewell, 16, passed away April 15, 2018, at Fayettevil­le, Ark. Chris was born Oct. 20, 2001, at Johnson to Chris “Doughboy” and Lucy Evans Madewell.

He was a member of the Glory Bound Church. Chris was an avid outdoorsma­n who loved fishing year-round. He was known as a horse trader; for his handmade whips, his good sense of humor, and his dedication as a friend to many.

Chris was preceded in death by his grandparen­ts, Randy Evans and Cecelia Evans; great- grandparen­ts, Vester Madewell, Floyd and Janet Evans, Jimmy Hodges, and Linda Little; and his aunt, Richelle Fry. He is survived by his parents, Chris and Lucy Madewell, and one sister, Cylee Madewell, all of the home; grandparen­ts, Jackie Madewell of Springdale; Kimberly Roberts of Royal; great- grandparen­ts, Juanita Madewell of Springdale; Bob and Monta Houston of Springdale; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services will be 2 p. m., Friday, April 20, 2018, at the Huntsville United Methodist Church with Pastor Brad Moore officiatin­g. Pallbearer­s will be Jake Mayner, Carl Thomas, Aaron Farley, Carey Madewell, Cameron Clark, Marty Graham, Dustin Westbrook, James Graham and Haiden Bilderback. Honorary pallbearer­s will be Dalton Graham, Mason Whinnery, Buster Harrell, Tayvarae Woods, Tony Madewell, Jasmine Patscheck, Billy “B-Bop” Baker, and Coal Rollers of Madison County #RHEC. Interment will immediatel­y follow at Colbaugh Cemetery. Services are in care of Brashears Funeral Home and Crematory.

Gordon, 64, Omaha, died April 17, 2018. Ralph was a member of Burlington Baptist Church. Survivors are wife Sherry and step-sons, Dan (Trella) Bensal and Dave (Erin) Bensal. PARAGOULD — Donald

Gene Carlile, 77, of Paragould, passed away Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at his home. Don was born June 12, 1940, in Red Onion, Ark., to the late William Fay and Lillian Juanita (Brown) Carlile.

Mr. Carlile was a founding member, deacon, and member of Class 304 at the 7th and Mueller Church of Christ of Paragould. He retired as business unit manager at Monroe. He loved talking about his children and grandchild­ren to anyone who would listen and never missed one of their ball games. He was their biggest fan.

Don was preceded in death by both parents and two brothers; Theodore “Teddy” and Ronald James Carlile. He is survived by his wife, Jo Ann Dinwiddie Carlile of the home; two sons, Retired Col. (USA) Christophe­r B. (Sandra) Carlile of Enterprise, Ala., and John S. (Amanda) Carlile of Paragould, Ark.; two brothers, Jerry W. Carlile of Paragould, G. Thomas Carlile of Batesville, Ark.; one sister, H. Dian Carlile-Rogers of Fayettevil­le, Ark.; three grandchild­ren, Chelsea B. Carlile- Brincks, Johnathan B. Carlile, and Jessica S. Carlile all of Paragould; three great-grandchild­ren, Brody J., Amelia J., and Sadie Claire (Paul) Brincks all of Paragould.

Funeral services for Don will be Saturday, April 21, 2018, at 1 p.m. at the 7th and Mueller Church of Christ of Paragould, with Larry McFadden officiatin­g. Burial will follow at Linwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, April 20, 2018, from 6 p. m. until 8 p.m. at the church.

Ed Collier, Jonah Towell, Paul Brincks, Logan Foster, Brett Carlile, and Richard Johnson will serve as pallbearer­s. Honorary pallbearer­s will be all Monroe employees.
