Governor announces appointments
Gov. Asa Hutchinson recently announced the following appointments:
To the state Board of Athletic Training, to terms expiring Jan. 14, 2021: Dr. Terry DeWitt, Arkadelphia, reappointment; and Natalie Trotter, Fayetteville, replaces Lacye Vance.
To the Contractors Licensing Board, to terms expiring Dec. 31, 2022: Matt Cashion, Little Rock, replaces John Baxter, and Billy Craig Carney, Rogers, replaces Cecil Malone.
To the Arkansas Beef Council, to terms expiring March 30, 2021: Sam Cecil, Russellville, reappointment; and Bruce Jackson, Lockesburg, replaces Leo Sutterfield.
To the Lifeline Individual Verification Effort Corp. board of directors, reappointed to terms expiring March 30, 2021: Bob Mouser, Harrison, and Greg Ashcraft, Little Rock.
To the Fire Protection Licensing Board, to terms expiring April 1, 2023: Michael Cotten, Benton, reappointment; April Broderick, Sherwood, replaces William Davis; and Justin Yates, Bentonville, replaces Lonnie Cagle.

Replaces Judge Steve Routon. ■ Emily White, Malvern, as state district court judge for the 33rd District, which includes Grant and Hot Spring counties. Appointment expires Dec. 31, 2020. Replaces Judge Sherry Burnett.
■ Deidre Luker, Russellville, as district judge for the Yell County-Southern Division District Court. Appointment expires Dec. 31, 2018. Replaces Judge Kristin Clark.
■ Dr. Rhys Branman, Little Rock, to the state Medical Board. Appointment expires Dec. 31, 2022. Replaces Dr. Steven Cathey.
■ Bill DeClerk, Fairfield Bay, to the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board. Appointment expires Jan. 14, 2020. Replaces Cory Hallmark.
■ Gayther Crank, Lewisville, to the Red River Commission. Reappointment expires Jan. 14, 2025.
■ Mayor Gary Baxter, Mulberry, to the board of trustees of the Local Police and Fire Retirement System. Appointment expires Jan. 1, 2022. Replaces Gary Carnahan.
