Critical violations are defined as items relating directly to factors that lead to food-borne illness and must be corrected immediately. Noncritical violations are defined as items that relate to maintenance of food operations and cleanliness.

BENTON COUNTY Aug. 13 Dollar General

468 Gentry Blvd., Gentry Critical violations: Employee beverages were stored on the top of a cold holding unit and personal items were stored on the shelf above clean utensils; employees must store drinks and personal items away from or below food and clean utensils. Items were not date marked as needed. The solution for wiping cloths was not strong enough.

Noncritical violations: Container used to store croutons needs to be replaced. A shelf in the walk-in has rusted and needs to be repaired or replaced. There are condensation leaks in the walk-in cooler and freezer, repeat violation.

535 N. 46th St., Rogers Follow-up inspection. Critical violations: Spouts are broken off at the handwashing sinks near the kitchen and in the dish pit. The pasta preparation table is out of service.

Noncritical violations: Spouts need to be installed on the handwashing sinks in the kitchen and the dish pit. Floor tiles need to be repaired or replaced in front of the kitchen and dish pit area. The posted permit is expired.

Critical violations: None Noncritical violations: Condensation leaked onto a covered pan of unbaked cookies in the walk-in freezer. There is a gap under the back store room door and in the seal along the back wall of the walk-in freezer; the counter top next to the soda fountain needs to be repaired; and the walk-in freezer needs to be repaired.
