Columnist goes to dark side with bashing of president

The Democrat-Gazette makes no secret that it is a liberal, left-wing, Democrat-loving paper that falls in line with numerous media outlets that lean that way. They use articles from the Washington Post, New York Times, Bloomberg to flood the editorial page with leftist ideas and theories. They have their own troop of liberals that bash the right on a daily basis, led by their all-time lover of the left, John Brummett, along with Phillip Martin, Doug Thompson and a host of other Democrats who spew their hate for the right as regularly as they drink their coffee in the morning.

Greg Harton is the editorial page editor for the Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette and screens posts written by readers in this area and decides which ones to print. I have written several letters and always enjoy talking to Greg when he calls to screen me. He is a smart, thoughtful journalist who writes his own articles that appear usually on Mondays [now Sundays]. It was very disappointing on Sunday to read that Greg had joined Brummett, Martin, Thompson and the rest of the liberal loons at the DemocratGazette by attacking the president about his quip in Montana about the body-slamming Republican congressman. Never imagined Greg would take the liberal bait and devote time to Trumpbashing. He has talent as a journalist and usually sees Trump’s statements for what they are: hot air.
